4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
Payments for workshops, retreats, conferences, memberships, or recorded events must be made in full prior to participation.
You acknowledge and agree that:

Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

GAT may use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Wise).

You are responsible for any bank or platform transaction fees.
 
Refund Policy:

Refunds are available only as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
 - 
Refunds or transfers will not be provided for change of mind, non-attendance, or partial attendance, except where required by law.

Where cancellation is permitted under GAT’s event policy (e.g., illness, emergency), written notice must be provided prior to the event.

If GAT cancels or reschedules an event, you may request a full refund or credit transfer.
 
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the ACL.
5. Submissions and User-Generated Content
