4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments for workshops, retreats, conferences, memberships, or recorded events must be made in full prior to participation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

• GAT may use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Wise).

• You are responsible for any bank or platform transaction fees.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are available only as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Refunds or transfers will not be provided for change of mind, non-attendance, or partial attendance, except where required by law.

• Where cancellation is permitted under GAT’s event policy (e.g., illness, emergency), written notice must be provided prior to the event.

• If GAT cancels or reschedules an event, you may request a full refund or credit transfer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the ACL.

5. Submissions and User-Generated Content

You may be able to post or submit content (e.g., comments, reviews, or materials) through the Site or related platforms.
By submitting content, you:

• Grant GAT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish your content in any media, for promotional, educational, or archival purposes;
